Julie Green (she/her) serves as Vice President of Mitten Foundation Inc., driven by a belief that supporting hyper-local nonprofits creates a stronger, more connected Grand Rapids. With 18 years of experience in the financial industry, Julie works as an independent financial advisor at Green Advisory while helping guide the foundation's community connections and strategic growth.

Whether helping local partners fight food insecurity, advancing children's learning, advocating for the LGBTQ+ community, or creating inclusive play spaces, Julie is dedicated to hands-on local impact.

A highlight of this commitment is serving as co-chair for the "Fun for All" project, bringing a universally accessible playground to Richmond Park for children and families across the community. Outside of her professional and board work, Julie loves heading into the outdoors for some rustic camping in her 1969 VW Bus.
